Either party may terminate the engagement for our services upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of any fees owed for services provided prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of this agreement, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of this agreement.
We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
